It Started With a Question Nobody Was Asking.

When the founders of Silotech Services studied the MSP industry, they saw a market built around contracts, complexity, and coverage gaps. Small and mid-sized businesses were either paying for internal IT staff they couldn't afford to build correctly, or accepting a break-fix model that only showed up after things went wrong.

They built a different model — one grounded in three non-negotiable principles: put the customer first, eliminate the need for internal staff overhead, and supplement the businesses that already had IT teams with the strategic expertise they couldn't hire on their own.

That model became Silotech Services — now part of Silotech Group, a national platform with the federal credentials, technical depth, and operational scale to deliver on the promise of true managed IT partnership.
